Santo Domingo. From current Sunday,august 22, the Dominican Republic will be the annual venue conference of the Latinoamerican and the Caribbean Air Transport Association and from the summit CCMA & MRO that will gather leaders of Air Industry to promote solutions oriented to boost the recuperation of civil aviation and tourist industry in the region.
The event to be held in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, will meet about 500 executives of 31 airlines and 169 companies of the air industry providers, highlighted the executive director and Ceo of Alta, José Ricardo Botelho. The opening is scheduled for 9.00 o,clock in Sunday morning.
While General director of Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil (Idac) Román E. Caamaño pondered the importance of the meeting,ensuring that the celebration in the country represents a new recognition to the national aeronautical sector and to the image of the Dominican Republic as a tourist and investment destination.
The realization of the version 2021 of this conference in the touristical community of Punta Cana confirms the confidence level that the country had achieved both in term of operational safety in the aeronautical system as in the quality standards and sanitary protocols that are handled in our hotels premises”, aim Caamaño.
About the academic agenda of the event, Botelho revealed that important topics will be addressed about technology , human resources, environment and regulations ,among others .
He indicated that also will be include the face to face meeting of the Purchasing committees and maintenance,and fuel committee with the participation of airlines and proveyor with the goal in search of efficiency and continuous improvements.
