In these facilities we have surveys available to measure customer / citizen satisfaction, which are an essential tool to take into account their opinion when receiving their products, using mailboxes distributed in their respective areas.

In order to comply with Law No. 200-04 on Free Access to Public Information, the citizen can request in the TAC any information of an operational or institutional nature covered by said Law. They can also go to Block A, 2nd floor, Government Buildings , Avenida México corner Av. Dr. Delgado.

    Our users can use the external communication form that is available next to the mailboxes and complete it to express a complaint, suggestion, congratulation or comment. Complaints and reports can also be filed through the government line * 311.

    These complaints and reports are forwarded directly by * 311 to the virtual TAC, and are handled in the same way as complaints received directly by the TAC.
