
Punta Caucedo.- A commission of the Presidency Ministry (Minpre) visited The Superior Academy of Aeronutic Science (Asca) of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (Idac), with the interest in knowing the trace and follow,up in which is developing the aeronautical training and the possibles links aiming to strenththing the staff s skills and how they involve in the management and mitigation dealing with the risk of natural disaster
The Minpre Commitee that visited the academy its involved in coordinating politics related with management and natural disaster risks and work in the design and conformation of the Excellence Center.
“This visit to the Superior Academy of Aeronautic Science (Asca), its written inside the proyect of implementation of the Excellent Center to the Risk Management and disaster, proponed by the Ministry of the Presidency (MINPRE) in front of the foreing cooperation and the partner States of Hopefor (Qatar y Turquía) iniciative”, pointed in a statement José Ramón Holguín Brito, viceministry Monitoring and government Coordination of the presidency.
The director of this house of high aeronauticals studies, Clara Fernández, recieved the delegation in the meeting hall of the academy in company of Bernarda Franco, Idacs legal director ; Jasmin Fabré Yasilis Herasme, in charge of interinstitutional relations and Certification and Aeronauticals Contract of IDAC respetively.
There were present too Vanessa Byas, Technical coordinator of ASCA and George Báez, in charge of design programs and courses Trainair, whose, jointly to the ASCA director ,offered a tour to visitors around the facilities and the modern aerodrome , symulators and radars that are availables in the academy
The Minpre commission was integrated by Amerikana Pujol, director of Articulation Interinstitutional; Mario Grullón, director of Coordination of Risk and natural disaster politics ; Wandy Tejada Disla, General Coordinator of law direction ; Karla Ruíz Tomás, In charge of habilitate and follow up ASFL and Scarlin Gómez, Proyect Analyst.
