Idacs director affirms president Abinader management has transformed   aeronautical sector of the country

Miami, Florida.- The Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation interim general director (Idac), Héctor Porcella, affirmed that in barely two years of president Luis Abinader management he has made reality his promises  to turn the country in a regional  aeronautical power to strengthen the tourisms growing  by reducing the fly tickets fare. 

Porcella, who accompanied the mandatary  in a fly of the renovated dominican airlines Sky high toward  Miami city, said  that the national aeronautical sector actually  register  its greatest growing and consolidation stage, thanks to incentive policy and cero bureaucracy adopted by   president Abinader. 

The officer stated that from the beginning of his management the  Chief of State had disposed a set of disposition in behalf  of the countries airlines  that have had effect  to almost duplicate  the passengers movement  by expanding remarkably options of flies and fares to locals dominicans or resident abroad. 

He kept that the president initiatives respond to the interest to foment the competitiveness of civil aviation in order that the airlines may grow and contribute to the employment creation and to strength the country positioning as a connecting point to touristic and cargo transportation. 

He highlighted that the new route established by Sky High between Miami and Santo Domingo has made possible that a lot of dominicans may travel with a low fare below average, despite to the start of its operations in high season, to the fact that had produced with another airlines that connect the country with several internationals routes. 

 President Abinader travelled with an officer comities to Miami to exhaust an agenda of activities that includes  a meeting with  touristic entrepreneurs, travel agents and cruise lines.
