
Santo Domingo.- The interim general director of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation Idac, Héctor Porcella, valued as an achievement the high impact to the national aeronautical sector the fact that such entity had reached the highest level of compliance in its yearly program of training, according it has been certified by the National Public Management, Inap.
The officer highlighted that the recognition received certificates that in 2022 Idac managed to fulfil with the result recorded in the indicator 08.01 of the “Training yearly Plan Formalized and underway”, such as the good practices to foment the competences of its servers.
Porcella congratulated to the whole staff institution for the interest in training to respond the challenges it poses the civil aviation growing as a strategic sector of the national economy.
“In a special way I must highlight the effort put into practice by the Human Resources management and the whole team headed by her director Ana Ysa Tejeda, to the Superior Academy of Aeronautic Sciences (Asca) and to the responsible of the different areas that have stimulated to their collaborators to participate in Idacs training plan “, pointed Porcella.
He remembered that the distinction granted by Inap it added to the recent golden awards received by the IDCs general direction in the frame of the Quality Week performed by the Ministry of Public Management (Map).
One of the honours was the Caf+300 Seal correspondent to Excellent Level as endorsement to the correct implementation to the Excellent Frame of Common Evaluation” Caf, in the bodies and entities of the State, granted by the Ministry of Public Management, Map.
