At the center is the General Director of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Igor Rodríguez Durán, and to his right Paola Aimée Plá Puello, Deputy Director of the Idac; Maribel López, Director of Human Resources; Maridic Ramírez, who gave the conference “Living from Greatness,” to the mothers of the institution, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, in the auditorium of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development, and other officials of the governing body of civil aviation.

Maribel López, directora de Recursos Humanos del IDAC, pronuncia palabras de aliento y reconocimiento a las laboriosas mujeres que trabajan sin descanso día a día para aportar al cada vez mejor funcionamiento de la entidad, durante el evento preparado “por lo alto” con motivo del Día de las Madres.
In the center, dressed in gray, the Human Resources Director of Idac, Maribel López, alongside the team under her direction celebrating Mother’s Day. Maribel López, Human Resources director of the Idac, delivers words of encouragement and recognition to the hardworking women who tirelessly work day by day to contribute to the ever-improving functioning of the entity, during the grand event prepared for Mother’s Day.

The event was led by our general director, Igor Rodríguez Durán, and our deputy general director, Paola Aimée Plá Puello.

Smiling and happy, Igor Rodríguez Durán, general director of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, during the celebration of Mother’s Day, alongside the deputy director of the civil aviation governing body, Paola Aimée Plá Puello, Maribel López, director of Human Resources, and Anastacia Sánchez Herrera, Financial Director of the Idac.

The experience was organized by the Human Resources Department of the Idac, had the presence of the collaborating mothers from the headquarters, and was broadcast simultaneously to the other locations.

    The staff of the Idac overflow with happiness during the event held in their honor as selfless mothers, organized by the Human Resources Department, in commemoration of Mother’s Day, at an event where they received the lecture “Living from Greatness,” presented by Maridic Ramírez.
