IDAC,  ASCA and VIP Crew sign joint cooperation agreement 

Héctor Porcella,IDACs acting general director  and  Alfredo Hernández Paz, presidedent  VIP crew, sign the interinstitutional agreement.  

Santo Domingo. The Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (Idac), through the Superior Academy of Aeronautic Sciences  (Asca), susbcribed a cooperation agreement with the Special trips crewmember Association (Asotripes), or VIP crew ,as it is known commercially, aiming to join efforts to develop competences of the aeronautical staff .  

The signagture was headed by the Idac acting deputy Director Héctor Porcella, Asca director Clara Fernández and the VIP Crew  president  Alfredo Hernández Paz, whose  convined that in this agreement  specifically cover the teaching of  academical programs that have the purpose of making contributions that helps to elevate  the competitiveness and the innovation  in promoting development of  civil aviation.

“Were pleased to be part of this momentous event. Knowing that, as regards in the support of qualifications for the students,facilities for academical purposes and the free access to the teaching resources that provides each institution  (library, classrooms, conference rooms, sport facilities,parking lots), either  ASCA as VIP crew will be available to ease these services mutually ”, pointed Porcella. 

According to their policies, they will design communication strategies through any mean either newspaper,magazines,social network massive electronical Email , included its web portal, to promote joint academical offers coming fron the aforementioned agreement.  

“Our commitment from the first moment has been  with the efficiency of our aeronautical system, with the accomplish of  the requierement of the International Civil Aviation Organization  (OACI) and with the excellence of our services,which  include teaching training programs performance at  ASCA, which for now on will be reinforced for prestige and tradition of courses  of those taught by VIPcrew”, emphasized IDAC Acting general  director.  

In the signature act of interinstitutional agreement participated , besides the above quoted , Vanessa Byas, in charge of linked department, Investigation  and projects by Idac /Asca side; Arturo Hernández, operation director of  VIP crew and  Priscilla Camarena, director of IDACs Public Relations and Comunications.
