Idac announces “Volando Alto” program to stimulate good labor and service practices

Punta Caucedo. – In an event led by the general director Héctor Porcella and the sector directors, the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Idac, presented the “Volando Alto” program to its staff, a special recognition aimed at stimulating the best work and service practices among the institution’s collaborators.

The “Volando Alto” project was launched during an event at the Higher Academy of Aeronautical Sciences, Asca, during which it was explained that it is the result of a proposal prepared by the Human Resources Department with the support of the general director, and consists of a recognition from an immediate supervisor for extraordinary work carried out by the employee at any time of the year, which, in addition to serving as an example and encouragement in their service area, contributes to raising the compliance parameters set by the Idac.

The director of Human Resources, Ana Ysa Tejeda, explained that the program has the purpose of recognizing the performance of Idac employees who stand out for their excellence and dedication in the exercise of their functions, as it is part of the commitment of the current direction of strengthening the sense of belonging of the employees, encouraging effort towards achieving goals, motivating the comprehensive growth of all staff and improving the work environment of the institution.
