
Santiago.- In the framework of the 5th National Quality Forum, held under the slogan “Expanding Sidocal”, ten collaborators from the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Idac, received their graduation certificates from the Diploma on the Dominican System for Quality, Sidocal, endorsed by the Institute of Professional Technical Training, infotep.
The event, which included opening remarks from the Vice President of the Republic, Raquel Peña, was organized by the Dominican Council for Quality, Codoca. The Minister of Industry, Trade and Small and Medium Enterprises, Víctor -Ito- Bisonó, also participated, welcoming the attendees.

The graduates were selected after participating in the activity “InnovAir 2024”, a day of innovation and quality management organized by the Idac through its Planning and Development Directorate, in November 2024, in commemoration of World Quality Day.
This initiative allowed the staff to access specialized training under the Sidocal framework, thanks to the support of Codoca.”At Idac, we deeply value this opportunity for professional growth, which not only strengthens our internal competencies but also consolidates inter-institutional collaboration ties in favor of a more efficient, transparent, and results-oriented public administration,” expressed Junior Pujols, head of the Quality Management Department (Comprehensive Management) at Idac.
