Idac and Asca sign agreements with controllers, aeronauticals technicians, airlines and pilots

Santo Domingo. The Dominican Institute of Civil Aviaton (Idac) and the Superior Academy of Aeronautic  Science  (Asca) signed  and interistitutional educative and cooperation agreement with the Dominican Association of Air Traffic Controller, the Professional Union of Dominican Air Controller and the  Dominican associations of pilots operative inspectors, airlines, maintenance technicians ,aeronautical information specialist and air inspection .    

In the acivity framework, Héctor Porcella, IDAC sub director, expressed that “for the first time in history we are in front of a collective signature of a set of agreement of this nature between Idac, Asca and a conglomerate linked guilds to aeronautical work ,whereby we open the path to materialize IDAC common purpose and to the academy to foment and strengthen the creation of capacities and competencies  of the aeronautic personal,the delivery of academic programs,carryout investigation projects, development and innovation linked to the academic universe of aviation sector.   

By her side, Clara Fernández, Asca director claimed that academy, in its interest to recognize aeronautical professionalism, commits herself to offer enrichment and diversification of the academic programs offer,to manage knowledge supported  in  each experts aeronautical subject,to deliver short and frecuents programs and to create academic records  of research projects, development and innovation. 

The signatory institutions commit themselves to contribute to the knowledgment management in aeronautical field and in Asca educational  platform,aiming to contribute with technical and professional formation of actors involved in aviation. 

Idac’s general sub director, Héctor Porcella headed the act of the interinstitutional agreement representing general director , Román E. Caamaño and by Asca side,signed her director Clara Fernández,aiming to joint forces to develop aeronauticals competences  of the staff , contributing to foment the aviation development . 

The agreement was signed by Ygnacio Vidal Martínez, president of the Dominican Association of maintenance Aeronautical Technicians (Adtema); Alberto Santana Checo, president of the Dominican Association Air Transit Controller (Adca); Pedro Manuel Cabrera, president of the  Dominican Association of Operatives Inspectors (Adio); Omar A. Chahín, president of the Dominican Association of Airlines (Adla); Sorinidia Batista, president of the Dominican Association of Aeronauticals information Technical and Air Inspections  (Adoctenia), Pascual Reinoso, second vicepresident and representative of the National Pilots Association (Anp); Pablo Taveras president of the Dominican Association of aeronautical Information Specialist (Adeia) and by the Dominican Professional Union of Air Traffic Controller  (Upcad) figured Michel Báez.
