Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Idac, will support the Dominican Agribusiness Joint (Jad) in a training program to agricultural producers in the use of Manned  Aircrafts Distance or drones and other related services with the aeronautical activity. 

The Idacs interim general director, Héctor Porcella, offered the information during the signature of an agreement with the Ceo of the Agricultural Union José Rafael Comprés Bencosme, who valued the initiative as an important step to modernize and upgrade the agriculture production   in the country. 

The training program ,that will be in charge of Superior Academy of Aeronautical Science (Asca) of  Idac, seeks to facilitate the performance of planes, programs, projects, works and share initiative  to promote the agricultural productivity  and to support de development of the dominican country farm, pointed  Porcella. 

Through this agreement, Idac engages itself to offer through Asca, a catalogue of academical services with the expert’s participation in drones and to collaborate in searching projects con, development an innovation about the use of this kind of technologies applied to agriculture, livestock and surveying.  

Osmar C. Benítez, Jad Ceo  Jad, said that for a long time the aeronautic and the agribusiness has formed an important team in the productive national development, specially through the use of aircrafts for the application of modern supplies in the sector.

Specifically, the agreement consists in the design and conventional programs delivery, such as courses and workshops; and not conventional not like seminar’s, webinars, conference and interviews with certificates emission among the parts. 

During the ceremony  participated, representing Idac, besides mr  Porcella, legal director  Bernarda Franco; Communication director, Luis José Chávez; Clara Fernández, rector of the Superior Aeronautical  Sciences Academy (Asca); Pedro Piña, director Fly Rules; The in charge of interinstitutional relations Dpt, Jasmin Fabré; Asca coordinator,  Miguel Virgilio Delgado, and the technical coordinator  Vanessa Byas. 

While the Ceo of the Dominican AgriBusiness, was accompanied of Osmar C. Benítez, Executive President, and Directors Board.
