Salvador Bahia, Brasil. – Melvin Cintrón, regional director of the International Civil Aviation Organization, Icao, to North, Centro America and the Caribbean, justified with simple words the unanimous recognition granted because of Plenary Meeting of the Regional Group and Execution to the Caribbean and South America, Grepecas-20, to the dominican citizen Héctor Porcella.

“Without the teamwork it wouldn’t be possible”
When receiving the recognition plaque from Cintrón and Rabbiani hands, Idac’s interim director said that he assumed the actual responsibility due to president Luis Abinader designation ,to whom he thanked his trust,
“It was a trust placed in us since the day one that obviously we wouldn’t be able to perform without the great team we have in Idac in the Dominican Republic”.
