
Santo Domingo, D.R. The Higher Academy of Aeronautical Sciences, Asca, valued the advances of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Idac, in the areas of training and development of human resources.
The advances of Idac were highlighted as one of the great achievements of the current administration, during the presentation of a special recognition to the general director of the institution, Héctor Porcella.
Clara Fernández, director of the Asac, said that the current management of the Idac has satisfactorily complied with the human capital training standards and respect for the new salary scale established by the Ministry of Public Administration, Map.
“On behalf of the Asca staff and the entire Idac family, we recognize Héctor Porcella for his firm support of the training program of this higher academy and for applying the Idac salary scale with a sense of justice and equity for all our employees. “said Fernández when justifying the recognition.
For his part, Porcella reaffirmed his commitment to the training of Idac personnel and to the training and updating of technicians demanded by the growth of civil aviation under the encouragement and support of President Luis Abinader.
Regarding compliance with the salary scheme authorized by the Map, he indicated that such provision marks a milestone and creates better conditions so that all collaborators can respond with dedication and fidelity to the demands imposed by the important mission of the Idac.
Likewise, he declared his commitment to continue working to improve the quality of life of more than 2,000 employees of the country’s civil aviation governing body, and urged employees to continue providing the best of their abilities, to contribute to the strengthening of the institution. and the improvement of their living conditions.
The activity was also attended by the director of Human Resources of Idac, Ana Ysa Tejada; the administrative director Izett Sansur, the legal director Bernarda Franco, the air navigation director Claudia Roa, the regulatory director Franklin Reyes Rossó and a broad representation of the Asxca.
