
Santo Domingo.- Collaborators from the Higher Academy of Aeronautical Sciences, Asca, completed the diplomat in development of didactic skills for excellence in the Dominican Republic, which was managed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Mescyt, and was taught by Santander University, Unisant, based in Mexico.
The training was aimed at managers, teachers and students of teaching careers from the country’s educational institutions, aimed to updating their knowledge and adapting their pedagogical practices to the demands of the 21st century.
The rector of the Santander University, Enrique Navarro Flores, explained that the methodology of the diplomat was based on 6 teaching modules, including didactics and the process of learning to innovate at school, the subject project, and the class plan and its didactic foundations.
The Unisant teachers who were in charge of this training were: Rafael Ortiz Chan, Wladimir La O Moren, Teresa Díaz Domínguez, Lizbeth Brito, Adrián Isunza Díaz and Francisco Clemente Meneses Pech, all with didactic skills.
It should be noted that this instruction formally began on April 17 and concluded on July 2 in progress, and ended with a certificate delivery ceremony in the main hall of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, Uasd, with the participation of the vice ministers. of the Mescyt, José A. Cancel, María López Polanco and Genaro Rodríguez Martínez, the director of the Cabinet, Juan F. Medina, as well as the rector of the Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC), Pedro Quezada and the dean of the Faculty of Sciences of Education of the Uasd, Juana Encarnación, and on behalf of this academy were the authorities Orquídea Abad, and Mikauly de la Cruz Viamonte and teachers.
