With the participation of 98 delegates, the new board of Savings and Loans and Multiple services of Aeronautical and Meteorological Cooperative (Aeromet-coop), of employees of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (Idac) and the Civil Aviation Joint (Jac) in the eighth and nineth Ordinary General Assambly celebrated in Punta Cana in november 2021, where the new directive members of the board directors where chosen, surveillance and the credit commitee.
Due to the pandemia impact of Covi-19,the assemblies corresponding to 2019 and 2020 were performanced,jointly where they were elected,by the board directors: Ismael Pachano – President Elías Caamaño – Treasurer, Braudilio Cuevas – Secretary, Danilo Morbán –and Maribel Pérez – first and second alternate respectively.
In addition, the chosen ones to the Surveilliance Council were Audis Susaña secretary, José Alberto Rincón, Vocal and Esterlin García –jointly to Leonardo Rivera as alternate. While that in the Credit Commitee Denis Guzmán – president, Santiago Castro – Vocal and Jeffrey Peña – alternate.
Within the framework of the event it was recognized the general director of IDAC, Román E. Caamaño, for his support and trust deposited in the body. Besides, were recognized:the general subdirector Hector Porcella,and Diego Virgilio Matos Matos, who served as the first president of the cooperative.
Upon receiving his recognition, he made an emotional historical review of the beginnings of the cooperative,highlighting the values and the visionary delivering of the organization pioneers who, with the support of the former Civil General Aeronautical Direcction (actually IDAC), and the recognition of the Institute of Credit and Cooperative Development (Idecoop), performed the first constitutive act , laying the foundations of the organism.
Besides, participated in the assembly as specials guest Miguel Ángel González,airport Survilliance of Punta Cana, Milquiades Francisco Jiménez Thomas, In charge of General Services of Arroyo Barril airport and Luis Lara, president of the cooperative of the Ministries of Planning and Delopment (Coopmedyp).
The surplus delivery was announced of 2020, RD$7, 152,798.00 millions, since the partners had received in the first quarter of the current year , the 2019 correspondant.
The board of directors of Aeromet-coop was formed by: Ismael Pachano – President, Mario Hidalgo – vicepresident, Elías Caamaño -treasurer, Braudilio Cuevas –Secretary, Isaac Cross Vocal, first alternate Danilo Morbán and second alternate Maribel Pérez.
At the end of the assembly,they were sworn in by the councelors of the Idecoop, represented by miss Caludette Rodríguez and miss Melania Lozada.
