The aircraft involved, registration N577TU, was preparing to take off from the Dajabón aerodrome when the situation occurred, prompting the activation of operational safety protocols.
CIAA and IDAC technical personnel immediately traveled to the site to carry out the corresponding assessments, in accordance with the procedures established for the investigation of civil aviation occurrences.
Both institutions reaffirm their commitment to operational safety and also inform that further details will be provided in due course once the investigation has concluded and the causes of the incident have been determined.
