Thank you for writtin us, for your operations with the spark you will need a permit, please complete appendices A, B and C of the of the Resolution 008-2015, the following link will leed you to the resolution https://www.idac.gob.do/descarga/4318,
For your opetations you dont need insurance, please send this documents with your signature and passport number to the following e.mail addres DTAC@idac.gov.do, and you will receive vitual attention.

Appendice A will be completed with the information of whom will be responsible for any incident or damage coused by your operations or aircraft, Appedice B will be completed with the information of the pilot and appendice C with the operations information.

All drones that weights 2kgs and more, registration is needed.
If you are traveling to the Dominican Republic and the drone won’t stay in the country, there’s no need to register, but you»ll need a permit.
